Koichi Sakamoto - 白い光景 (White Landscape) (No.2)

Sale price£200.00

    Modern | Sōsaku Hanga Etching/Aquatint

A fabulous print by Koichi Sakamoto: 白い光景 (White Landscape) (No.2). A luminous full moon glows above a snow-covered village, its thatched rooftops nestled closely together under the weight of winter. The deep, inky sky fades into a frosty horizon, while bare trees and gentle drifts of snow build layers of stillness and depth. A quietly atmospheric composition capturing the tranquillity of Japan’s rural north. 🌕❄️🏘️
