Hodaka Yoshida’s 1973 woodblock print “星座風景より-双子座” (LANDSCAPE – GEMINI) depicts twin mountain summits sculpted from interlaced human profiles and a crowd of translucent people beneath a striped sky punctuated by two stars and soaring birds. The foreground teems with perched hens, snails, tigers, butterflies, gliding fish - an allegory of Gemini’s duality and abundance. 🐔🐌🦋🐅🐟
